Envision - Execute - Achieve
“I have two great passions: helping to foster healthier cultures in not-for-profit organizations and serving others. Strategic Management Initiatives allows me the opportunity to do both.”
"True organizational change cannot be achieved without the leadership team's pursuit of cohesion and clarity. A leadership team offsite based on the "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" model ensures results with no gimmicks."
